FedEx Ground is our preferred courier and we ship both FedEx and UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air®. We do everything possible to ensure the products arrive to our customers in the best possible condition. We use expedited shipping with state of the art packaging and bubblewrap or form peanuts. During the winter months weather delays are a distinct possibility.
Q. Where is my order?
A. All orders are FedEx/UPS/USPS tracked and require a signature upon delivery (Except USPS unless requested).
Q. Can I call and have you track my order?
A. Yes, simply call and have us look up the order and then track it, or review the confirmation email and click the shipping hyperlink provided.
Q. What if the shipping box is damaged?
A. Snap a photo and keep the box for UPS inspection; double check the product to see if it is damaged as well, if so call for an RMA, we will replace ASAP.
Remember if your order is delayed during the Holiday Season because of weather we will work as a team with FedEx/UPS, you and our Transportation team at Daily Surveillance to do our best to get it to you. When this happens call us at 775-230-4487
