ISSUE #1: When TV is first turned on the Element logo tears to the left and is very jittery. Also causes green horizontal lines to appear all over the scrren the longer it stays on the worse it gets. Recycling power a few times makes it go away. Also blue screens alot "No Video" and then returns to normal. Last, upon turn on sometimes a full gray screen will appear and "No Video" at all until you recycle power.

RESOLUTION #1: Repair or replace Timing Control Board (T-CON) #SZTHTFTV1812; remove and replace #5 = 220uF 16V cap. This resolves all issues accept the "No Video" temp blue screen on all HDMI ports. I have replaced all HDMI with quality 4K cables and switch HDMI ports around with DVD/CABLE BOX/APPLY TV. No matter which ports I select eventully it will blue screen a few seconds and continue playing video, I never lose audio. I thought it had something to do with DMR sync on the DVD player, but Cable box DVR and Apple TV does it as well? Looking at the RY100649 TV Main Board and Power Supply Board - NEXT.

NOTES: I desoldered each cap and checked with meter and verified values; I would replace if value fluxuates or is not within ball park +/- 10% (Example: 47uF measured as 39.4uF; 10% Rule = Replaced)
