Multiple Arrests Made in Residential Burglary on Rewana Way

Reno, Nevada (MyNews4.com & KRNV) - Today at about 1:55 p.m. officers of the Reno Police Department responded to the 4000 block of Rewana Way for the report of a residential burglary in progress. A relative of the elderly victim was remotely viewing live surveillance video when he observed a red suburban pull up in front of the residence. Some of the occupants distracted the victim while the others entered the home and began taking items. Officers arrived on scene and were able to detain two suspects and, after a foot pursuit, detained a third suspect. Two outstanding suspects were last seen by witnesses entering a white SUV on Neil Rd.
38-year-old Steven George was arrested for alleged burglary, conspiracy, grand larceny, elderly enhancement and an unrelated arrest warrant.
23-year-old Adam George was arrested for alleged burglary, conspiracy, grand larceny, elderly enhancement, obstructing and resisting a law enforcement Officer.
21-year-old Christopher John was arrested for alleged burglary, conspiracy, grand larceny, and elderly enhancement.
